Ordering
How do I know my order went through?
You will get an order confirmation email within a few minutes of checking out. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then email hello@uv-brite.com and we will confirm it by hand.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as quickly as you can at hello@uv-brite.com or (833) 993-0569 and we will do our best. Our fulfillment process is heavily automated, which is what gets orders out the door within a business day, but it also means we often cannot stop an order once it is moving. Address changes in particular cannot be guaranteed after checkout, so it is worth a second look at your address before you pay.
I entered the wrong address. What happens?
If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will reship it to the corrected address once the additional shipping cost is covered. Contact us as soon as you notice and we will tell you where the package is.
Do you offer a discount for buying more than one?
For wholesale and corporate orders, yes. Email hello@uv-brite.com with what you have in mind and we will put together pricing for you.
Do you have gift options?
We offer customization on wholesale and corporate orders, which covers most gifting projects, from client gifts to team kits. Email hello@uv-brite.com and we will walk you through the options.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. Call (833) 993-0569 and we will take the order with you.
Do you sell wholesale, corporate or bulk?
Yes. Email hello@uv-brite.com or call (833) 993-0569 and our team will take you through pricing, customization and lead times.
Shipping
When will my order ship, and when will it arrive?
Most orders ship within one business day and arrive in 3 to 5 days. Some regions can take up to 14 days when conditions outside our control get in the way, such as weather, carrier backlogs or peak holiday volume. You will get an email with tracking the moment your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email carries a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours after you receive it for the carrier’s system to start showing movement, since tracking often goes quiet for a day or so at the start.
My tracking has not updated in days.
Carriers occasionally sit on a scan for longer than anyone would like, especially in bad weather or peak season. If it has been more than a few days with no movement, email hello@uv-brite.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
My package says delivered but I do not have it.
This is usually a premature scan and the package turns up within 48 hours. Before that, it is worth checking the address on your confirmation email, looking anywhere a driver might have tucked it out of the weather, and asking neighbors or your building manager. If it still has not appeared, contact the carrier to open a claim, and email us if you need the tracking details to support it. Once a carrier marks a package delivered we are not able to cover it, but we will help you make the case.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination. Import duties, VAT and taxes are set by your country and are payable by you on arrival. If a package is refused and returned to us, outbound and return shipping costs come out of the refund.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes to both.
Returns, refunds and warranty
What is your return policy?
If you bought directly from us and you are not happy, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@uv-brite.com with your full name, your order number and the reason for the return. All returns need to be authorized before you ship anything, and we will send you the right address once your request is approved. Please do not send anything back to the manufacturer or to the address printed on the package.
Who pays return shipping?
You do. We recommend a trackable service, or shipping insurance, since we cannot refund a package that does not reach us.
When will I see my refund?
Allow 7 to 10 business days from the day your return arrives and is inspected at our warehouse. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
My bottle arrived damaged, or something is wrong with it.
Email hello@uv-brite.com straight away with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem, and we will make it right. Do not worry about the return conditions above, they are for change-of-mind returns.
What does the warranty cover?
Every bottle comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing issues: anything that went wrong in how the bottle was made rather than how it has been used. If your bottle develops a fault, email hello@uv-brite.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem and we will take care of it. Accidental damage, normal wear and water reaching the charging contacts are not manufacturing issues and fall outside the warranty.
My bottle stopped charging, or the light stopped working.
Try a full charge first, and make sure the lid and the charging contacts are completely dry. If it still will not run, email hello@uv-brite.com with your order number and a description of what the lights are doing, since the LED pattern usually tells us exactly what is happening.
I bought mine on Amazon. Can I return it to you?
Returns and exchanges for anything bought from Amazon or another authorized retailer need to go through that retailer, under their policy and their window. We can still help with product questions and troubleshooting, so please do get in touch.
Filters and Auto-Ship
Which bottle needs filters?
Only the Beam+. Each DuoCore filter is rated for 40 gallons, about two months of daily use, and a $39.99 3-Pack is roughly six months of filters. The Go has no filter and no cartridges to buy.
How does Auto-Ship work?
Choose Subscribe and Save at checkout and your first 3-Pack ships with your bottle, then another 3-Pack every six months at $35.99 instead of $39.99, with free shipping. Six months is one pack of filters at normal daily use, so the rhythm matches how fast you actually get through them. Cancel any time.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes, any time. Auto-Ship can be paused, skipped or cancelled from your account, and there is nothing to phone in or negotiate. If you would rather we handle it, email hello@uv-brite.com and we will take care of it for you.
How do I update my payment details or address?
Sign in to your account and update them there, and the change applies to your next Auto-Ship shipment. If anything looks wrong, email hello@uv-brite.com before your next scheduled date and we will sort it out.
Do filters expire if I buy several at once?
Unopened filters keep well in their sealed packaging. Filter life is counted from the point you install and start using one, so stocking up is fine. Store them somewhere dry and out of direct sun.
Choosing between the Beam+ and the Go
What is the difference?
Both use UV-C to handle what is living in your water. The Beam+ adds the DuoCore filter, which reduces lead, PFAS, chlorine and microplastics as you drink, holds 22 oz, has a carrying handle and runs an automatic self-clean every six hours once you turn that mode on. The Go is our lighter, simpler bottle at 18.6 oz, sterilizing only, with nothing to replace and no ongoing cost.
Which one should I get?
If you are mostly refilling from taps you already trust and you want your water fresher and your bottle cleaner, the Go is enough. If you are unsure what is dissolved in your water, or you are drinking from unfamiliar taps regularly, the Beam+ is the one, because a filter is the only thing that addresses lead, PFAS and chlorine.
Do the two bottles share parts?
No. Lids, sleeves and filters are specific to each bottle. DuoCore filters fit the Beam+ only, and each bottle has its own replacement lid and sleeve.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes. Replacement lids, sleeves and filters are all available in the store, so a lost or damaged lid does not mean a new bottle.
Testing and safety
Who tested these claims?
Testing was carried out by SGS, an independent laboratory, on the assembled bottles rather than on components in isolation. You can read the results on our Lab Results page.
Is UV-C safe to use on drinking water?
Yes. UV-C is light, not a chemical. It disrupts the DNA of microorganisms so they cannot reproduce, then it stops. Nothing is added to your water, and nothing is left behind. Both bottles are built so the light can only run inside a closed bottle, so you are never exposed to it.
Are the materials safe?
Yes. Both bottles are built from double-walled 304 stainless steel with BPA-free lids, and every part that touches your water uses FDA-approved food-grade materials.
Does this replace a home filtration system?
They solve different problems. A home system treats everything coming out of your tap. These bottles treat the water you are about to drink, wherever you happen to be, which is the part a home system cannot follow you to.
Account and support
How do I reach a person?
Email hello@uv-brite.com or call (833) 993-0569. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is only worth it if you are on a filter subscription, since that is where you manage your shipments.
